The Guangzhou warehouse is responsible for the fixed route of dedicated transportation for after-sales parts distribution to special stores in the South China region. It primarily utilizes 3T and 5T trucks, forming a radial pattern. However, there is no quantitative analysis of route data, necessitating optimization.


Customer pain points

  • The load factor of the lines is uneven, with some lines having a very low load factor;

   • Any adjustments to the route design can only be made by adding to the original route;

   • No quantitative analysis of line costs has been conducted.


Solution

  • Operational research mathematical model + heuristic algorithm, intelligently generating optimal routes under conditional constraints

   • Intuitively display the current and historical route directions using a map;

   • Compare and generate reports on analysis costs, vehicle occupancy rates, travel distances, and time.
